This 700 square foot cottage has a unique architectural design which captures water views from every window. Some of the features are a DSS satellite TV system, stereo, CD player, VCR, full kitchen, and a/c. The master is furnished with a queen bed. This lovely cottage has water views from every room. Outside, nestled in the shade of the palms is your own private jacuzzi. Rental of the cottage also includes a club car for your transportation and full membership at the North Captiva Island Club where there are 2 pools, Har-Tru tennis courts, spa, sauna, kayaks, bicycles, fishing gear and more. Enjoy Sandcastle for a true tropical island getaway. Just 100 feet away from the state forest preserve.
Each of our rental properties include our Resort package; which provides use of a golf cart for your island use, Olympic and Lap size heated swimming pools, pool bar, har-tru tennis courts, fitness center with steam and sauna, kids Club, restaurants, a small convenience store, complimentary use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have several powerboats available deck boats and center console, as well as Guided wave runner tours.
