This new home has an interior decorated with bright colors and modern upbeat furnishings. Nestled in palms but sitting high like a tree house, this house offers fabulous bay and Gulf views. The Turtle Nest is thoughtfully arranged with two living areas - the entire lower level complete with Ping-Pong and pool tables, games and videos for the youngsters, and a party room upstairs for the adults. Each of our rental properties include our Resort package; which provides use of a golf cart for your island use, Olympic and Lap size heated swimming pools, pool bar, har-tru tennis courts, fitness center with steam and sauna, kids Club, restaurants, a small convenience store, complimentary use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have several powerboats available deck boats and center console, as well as Guided wave runner tours.
